Republic of Congo Ministry of Hydrocarbons Delegation Visits Ginda Energy Group

On May 22, 2023, Devic Paul Junior, Trade, Tax, and Economic Advisor of the Congolese Ministry of Hydrocarbons, led a four-member delegation to inspect Ginda Energy Group’s oilfield development and refinery projects.

The delegation visited the group’s Beijing headquarters, Haicheng facilities, and Panjin operations. Multiple rounds of discussions were held on Ginda’s capabilities in oil and gas development and equipment manufacturing.

As a company established in 1956, Ginda Energy has evolved into a conglomerate covering equipment manufacturing, oilfield development, engineering services, and special vehicle production. Its long-term strategic partners include CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, and Yanchang Petroleum, and it serves as a designated national industrial base for petroleum equipment.

During the visit, the delegation expressed admiration for Ginda’s manufacturing and oilfield service capabilities, which fully meet Congo’s needs. They conveyed their intent to deepen cooperation in oilfield development and integrated refining.
