EQUIPMENT
With access to a database of more than 400 Earth Observation satellites and our own advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) constellation, we deliver high-resolution imagery (0.1–0.5m) under any conditions—day or night, in clear or adverse weather. Our systems are capable of delivering data to clients within one hour, setting a new industry standard for speed and reliability.
We operate a global ground station network spanning 23 sites across six continents, equipped with over 60 state-of-the-art systems. This network ensures continuous Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite tracking, real-time monitoring, and seamless data transmission with significantly reduced latency.

Ginda Energy (Liaoning) Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as 'the Company') is registered with a capital of 100 million RMB and employs over 50 staff. The company is headquartered at Building 6, Block A5, Headquarters Garden, Qianjin Street, Dawai District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province.
Main Business Activities Include: Construction engineering, Onshore oil and gas development, Petrochemical refining, Engineering design and surveying, Mineral resource exploration, Power generation, transmission, and distribution, Technical services for oil, gas, wind, solar, and energy storage, International contracting projects. Ginda Beidou (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Beijing Ginda Beidou' or the 'Company') is a subsidiary of Ginda Energy (Liaoning) Group Co., Ltd. The company focuses on value-added services of aerospace remote sensing data and operates steadily across domestic and international markets.

Wang Zhengquan
Party Secretary, Jinda Energy (Liaoning) Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Wang is a distinguished entrepreneur and representative of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). With over 30 years of experience in the petroleum industry, he has held senior leadership positions, including Chairman of one of China’s top ten petroleum machinery equipment manufacturers. Following the reform of state-owned enterprises, he was appointed Party Secretary of Jinda Energy.
He has been recognized as one of the “Top Ten Outstanding Entrepreneurs of Liaoning Province” and currently serves as Vice President of the China International Economic and Technical Cooperation Promotion Association. Mr. Wang is widely regarded for his industry expertise, vision, and authority in the petroleum sector.
Hu Hongyu
General Manager, Jinda Energy (Liaoning) Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Hu has more than 25 years of deep experience in petroleum drilling and extraction engineering. He oversees Jinda Energy’s international oilfield projects in Congo-Brazzaville, Morocco, and Venezuela. His leadership extends across crude oil trade, refining, polymer development, and R&D, where he plays a key role in both operational and technical aspects.
As a representative of the Anshan City CPPCC in Liaoning Province, Mr. Hu combines industry knowledge with public leadership, positioning Jinda Energy as a trusted operator in global oilfield services and petroleum projects.
Zhao Lin
Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Jinda Energy (Liaoning) Group Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zhao is a seasoned expert in the petroleum and natural gas (LNG) industry, with more than 20 years of specialized experience. He leads Jinda Energy’s overseas crude oil and LNG import/export trade, as well as futures trading. His career spans key LNG procurement and supply roles with leading companies including ExxonMobil, SK E&S, and SK Gas.
As an Executive Director of the China International Economic and Technical Cooperation Promotion Association, Mr. Zhao provides strategic leadership in large-scale commodity trading, making him a respected authority in both domestic and international LNG markets.
Li Jinxiao

Mr. Li brings extensive expertise at the intersection of technology and energy. He previously served as General Manager of the High-Resolution Remote Sensing Satellite Applications Department at China’s Low-Orbit Satellite Network Company before taking on leadership roles within Jinda Beidou. He is responsible for the management and distribution of state-authorized high-resolution satellite data, as well as the company’s expansion into international energy and technology trade.
Mr. Li has extensive LNG experience, covering procurement, contract execution, technical implementation, negotiations, trading, and optimization. Beyond energy, he also manages electronic products import and export businesses. Was invited by Phoenix TV to participate in an interview on innovative low-orbit satellite technology.
