Ginda Energy Group Signs EPC Contract with Morocco’s FORPETRO ENERGY

On March 25, 2024, Ginda Energy Group and FORPETRO ENERGY (SARL AU) of Morocco officially signed an EPC Turnkey Service Agreement in Beijing for the HAHA Oilfield Block, covering 4,919 km².

The contract, lasting a minimum of 25 years, includes equipment supply, geological exploration, engineering services, and oil extraction operations. This follows authoritative resource assessments provided by BGP (CNPC Geophysical Prospecting Company).

The signing was attended by Chairman Wang Zhengquan, senior executives of Ginda Energy Group, and representatives from Hengfeng Bank and other partners. This project is described as Ginda Energy Group’s largest African undertaking, with the broadest service scope and most significant expected returns, marking a milestone in Morocco’s oil and gas development history.
