Ginda Energy Group Signs Cooperation Agreement with Venezuelan Enterprises (Part II)

On March 6, 2024, Ginda Energy Group representatives signed agreements with Venezuelan enterprises at the Ministry of Defense headquarters. Defense Minister Alexander Bastidas and his team attended the signing ceremony.

Minister Alexander outlined the Ministry’s structure, its links to PDVSA and the presidency, and emphasized its vital role. Subsidiary CAMIMPEG (Military Company for Mining, Petroleum, and Gas Industries) presented key cooperation projects, including:

• Laying a 130 km, 30-inch natural gas pipeline,

• Development of an eastern Venezuela underground gold mine,

• Allocation of a 2 km² development zone for Ginda to build a special vehicle and oilfield equipment assembly/maintenance base, serving Venezuela and wider South America.

Minister Alexander praised Ginda Energy Group’s industrial strength, calling it a strong and reliable partner, and pledged full ministerial support. Vice President Yao Guangwen signed the agreements on behalf of Ginda Energy Group.
