On April 23, 2025, Ginda Energy Group and the Embassy Commissaries’ Commerce Alliance in China (ECCAC) signed a cooperation agreement in Beijing. The two parties have officially entered the operational phase of the North Africa “Oil Pot” and “Libya Petroleum Full Industry Chain Cooperation” projects.

With a 70-year corporate history, Ginda Energy Group has become a world-leading industrial conglomerate, combining oil and gas equipment manufacturing, special vehicle R&D, mining and metallurgical machinery, integrated drilling services, and international trade. Its products and services span 32 countries and regions worldwide.
ECCAC, initiated and supported by foreign embassies in China, is a high-level platform for global business and cultural cooperation. With over 70 member countries, ECCAC supports China’s Belt and Road Initiative by facilitating international trade, investment, technology, culture, and tourism exchanges.

During the meeting, both sides discussed overseas oilfield development and petroleum engineering projects, focusing on Ginda Energy Group’s entry into the Libyan oil and gas after-market. Plans were outlined to export 1500HP and 2000HP drilling rigs in the second half of 2025, along with follow-up engineering services. The two sides also exchanged views on Libya’s post-war infrastructure projects.
The cooperation aims to jointly advance Libya’s energy industry chain, strengthen petroleum equipment trade and engineering services, and introduce Chinese industrial capacity to the global market. At the signing ceremony, Vice President & International Business Manager Yao Guangwen signed on behalf of Ginda Energy Group, with ECCAC Secretary General Sun Lili giving remarks. Ambassador Bouga of Cameroon, representing ECCAC, awarded Chairman Wang Zhengquan of Ginda Energy Group an official membership certificate.
